Welcome to Festival of Frugality No. 24

Welcome to the 24th weekly Festival of Frugality, in which I temporarily take over the world and capitalize everyone's post titles they way I think they should be capitalized.

It's become all the rage to think of a gimmick when hosting a carnival or a festival. Well, I figured out the perfect thing. Since we love librarians here at *Tired but happy*, I was going to organize the festival submissions using Library of Congress Subject Headings. But can you believe there's no heading for frugality? Or thriftiness? Or anything I consider equivalent?

The closest they come is Saving and investment or Budgets, Personal or the intriguing but not quite relevant Astrology and personal finance.

I'm going on down to the Library of Congress tomorrow morning to straighten them out.

In the meantime, I give you a no-frills, gimmick-free, plain-Jane Festival of Frugality.
